Branch Manager

We are a fast-paced and growing landscape company, looking to hire a professional Branch Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The right candidate will excel at helping our company stay efficient and profitable during the course of business.

Responsibilities:

 - Ensure all branch operations are carried out in a cost-effective way

 - Improve operational management systems, processes and practices

 - Formulate strategic and operational objectives

 - Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

 - Manage budgets and forecasts

 - Perform quality controls

 - Recruit, train and supervise staff

 - Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements:

 - Proven work experience as a Branch/Operations Manager or similar role

 - Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

 - Experience budgeting and forecasting

 - Excellent organizational and communication skills

 - Leadership ability

 - A degree in Business, Operations Management or a related field
