The Account Manager position is one of the most important roles in the company and is directly responsible for managing a portfolio of properties that ranges between $800k to $1.5 million in contract revenue depending on experience and route density. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager. Our Account Manager's are the face of the company and serves as the single point of contact for all of our customer's needs. A successful Account Manager will treat their assigned portfolio as if it were their own business, which results in a lot of responsibility and decision making being delegated to these individuals.
All grounds maintenance services fall under the direct supervision of the Account Manager, while all other services, such as: horticultural services, irrigation services, enhancement services and arbor care services fall under the direct supervision of the branch manager.
Some other responsiblities of an Account Manager are: assiting with estimating and business development activities, enforcing operational efficency, maintaining a safe work environment, having the disipline to enforce budgeted man hours, assisting in the training and development of people and ensuring a consist level of quality workmanship.
