| Description: | U.S. Lawns of Lakeland and Plant City, a full service lawn maintenance management contractor located in the Lakeland and Plant City Florida area is accepting applications for an experienced Spray Technician. This position serves as turf, tree and plant health care technician with the primary responsibility of monitoring, evaluating, and providing plant health care needs on client properties. The individual will be responsible to handle most routine pest-management, disease and fertilizing operations. The individual has a basic understanding of plant science and above-average plant and pest diagnostic identification skills. Requirements include but are not limited to the following: -Clean Florida Drivers License -Turf Insect & Disease diagnosis -Shrub & Tree Insect & Disease diagnosis - Applicator license a plus but not necessary - Previous experience as applicator -Detail minded -Results Driven -Sense of Ownership & Accountability -Willingness to learn and develop The ideal candidate would possess the following intangibles: -Honesty -Dependability -Loyalty -Integrity -Team Player -Self Starter -Highly Motivated -Ability to Lead Others -(Bi-Lingual preferred but not required) Wage is competitive based on experience. |
