Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Organizing daily schedules for multiple crews -Quality Control and training of crews -Oversee payroll hours/Keep within Payroll Budget -Oversee completion of jobs and work orders -Oversee maintenance/upkeep/tracking of equipment and vehicles Assist in a.Tracking costs of materials, rentals, dumpsters, and equipment purchases and repairs b.Tracking Labor costs versus monthly sales for a balance to provide a quality service within our allotted labor allowance |
