The company has an immediate opening in its Maryland (Laytonsville) Landscape Installation branch for an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager is a key part of the branch’s management team and is responsible for all aspects of production there. These responsibilities include direct supervision of the Production Manager, Project Manager(s) and Purchaser. The position is ultimately responsible for all field operations, personnel, vehicles and equipment, safety, subcontracts, direct cost accounts and selected overhead expenses.
Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to successfully complete multiple, large ($1M+), complex projects in a landscape construction or general contracting setting. Strong negotiation, organizational and management skills along with a detail orientation are also required.
