Job Responsibilities: Customer Relations • Monitor and ensure the highest level of customer care • Establish/maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure new/potential customers are being educated on features/benefits of our services • Ensure customer complaints/disputes are handled professionally and appropriately Sales • Meet/exceed sales budgets and profit targets for their branch • Monitor selling activities, productivity and prices of all members of their branch • Set realistic, clear and precise expectations for sales team • Train, evaluate and ensure work guidelines and productivity are met/exceeded • Assist in development of branch budgets and assigned territories • Set the example – effective leadership and management skills Field Operations • Enforce company safety and training policies • Responsible for safe and controlled work environment Requirements: • Two/four year degree in Arboricultural, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Turf Management, Floriculture or Environmental Sciences • 5-7 years industry experience also qualifies • Relevant technical, selling and communication skills, previous sales experience a must • ISA certification preferred Benefits Package: • Sign-On Bonus • Company 401K savings plan • Company medical/dental plans w/ employer contribution • Life Insurance • Long Term Disability • Company vehicle plan • Paid vacations, personal and holidays • Relocation assistance • Profit sharing |
