Rapdily growing landscape maintenance company has immediate opening for an energetic,self starter to fill the position of Operations manager. This position answers to the President of the company and will oversee and manage all aspects of the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to continue upon the success of the past and secure growth within and outside of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
Financial- Understands a P&L, Abilitity to set up and adhere to budgets, and manages all purchases.
Client Management- Develop and maintain customer relationships through client contacts.
Employee Management- Responsible for recruting and hiring employees, training, and overall morale of employees.
Market and Sales- Assists in the estimation, sales, and presentation process
Administrative- Responsible for communication and integrity of paperwork between office and field.
Field Management- Responsible for Labor and Materials budget, Quality Control, Fleet and Equipment management.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in related field a plus but not required.
Organizational, Customer Service, and Leadership skills a must.
Bilingual a plus.
Basic knowledge of financials and the budgeting process a must.
