This position reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the day to day operation of all gardens, plantings, seasonal color, and customer relations. This is a seasonal position with opportunities for full time employment &/or advancement. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience in garden planting and maintenance, clean driving record with the ability to effectively manage personnel, schedule and maintain client & vendor relationships. Additionally, this position participates in completing daily and weekly job reports. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of high altitude plant material & plant identification skills, experience in estate garden maintenance and a creative eye for design. Spanish language skills are a plus.
