To manage landscape management crews safely and efficiently so they perform high quality work while performing at or below budgeted job hours with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and image. OUTCOMES 1. Perform and track quality control to meet a minimum 90% score • All properties inspected and scored monthly 2. Track job hours • Weekly tracking budgeted vs. actual hours 3. Complete monthly crew schedules by 15th of each month for next month 4. Customer communication log / Customer intimacy 5. Look for enhancement opportunities on properties 6. Manage uniform policy, training, safety, image and brand 7.
