The Account Manager is an experienced professional self-directing the activities to achieve service goals of their clients. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business responsible for overall site quality, achieving sales goals and achieving renewal goals.
Job Responsibilities include
Develop and nurture strong client relationships
Oversee, train and develop gardening crews
Work directly with clients to proactively identify issues and up sale opportunities within their landscapes often related to irrigation improvements, seasonal flower plantings, holiday decor, tree care, landscape redesign, etc.
Manage annual service agreements ensuring that work is performed according to the clients expectations and budget
Schedule spring clean ups, gardening visits, and fall leaf clean up
Candidate Profile
Someone who loves working with people
Possesses strong knowledge of horticulture practices
Is customer service oriented and has great communication skills
Is a team player and demonstrates a desire and willingness to learn and grow as well as teach others
5+ years experience in industry with demonstrated leadership skills
A degree in a related field preferred and other professional certifications and/or licenses are a plus
