Seeking Irrigation Leader to perform high value services at Eichenlaub, Inc., the leading landscape contractor in Pittsburgh, PA.

As an Irrigation Leader, you would be responsible for managing people, materials, and equipment in the field to complete irrigation installation and maintenance in a timely manner. Success in this position is indicated by positive customer feedback and jobs being completed within the budgeted time while still maintaining the highest degree of quality possible.
Qualifications Education/Experience *Have a two (2) or four (4) year degree in an industry related field of study or equivalent experience. Additional experience or industry certification can serve as a substitution.
Licenses *A valid Pennsylvania driver's license *A Backflow Certified or obtain certification within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities Performance *Willing to work outside in a variety of weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, etc.). *Able to lift up to seventy (70) pounds. *Competent to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot existing systems including, but not limited to, the repairs and maintenance of valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves, performing pump repairs, and programming multiple brands of controllers. *Capable to perform the start up and shut down of irrigation systems. *Adept with equipment used in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems (trencher, pipe-puller, skid steer, electric line locator, etc.). *Develop meaningful relationships with clients. *Adhere to daily schedules, carry out goals to be accomplished, and ensure quality and efficiency of production. *Monitor quality of work by conducting site inspections both before and after the work is completed. *Help maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good working order. *Develop a clear understanding of the short and long term goals of Eichenlaub, Inc. *Maintain flexibility in how one contributes to the team effort. The seasonality of the industry may warrant working in other divisions of the company on a temporary basis. Administration *Complete daily work orders and timesheet *Conduct irrigation supply inventory
Compensation will range from $16.00 to $20.00 based upon one's work experience and equipment operating capabilities.
