Responsibilities will include Implementation of residential management packages. Development of residential maintenance contracts. Possess business management skills in prioritizing between client meetings/sales and operation of crew. Manage lawn and garden crew members in route efficiency, equipment maintenance and safety program. Responsible for promoting company in a positive way. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bi-lingual is a PLUS Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written) . Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships. Able to multitask and prioritize. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor degree (BS) and a minimum of two years experience in a management position/maintenance sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. |
