| Description: | Stewart Land Designs is seeking a Landscape Designer/Landscape Architect to work as part of the Landscape Design team. Opportunities include the ability to design on a variety of Outdoor Living projects including landscaping, swimming pool designs and hardscapes. Applicant MUST be able to prepare creative conceptual and schematic designs along with construction drawings and project pricing estimates. This position will also work with Project coordination and Client management. Main duties include: Preparation of schematic designs for custom residential outdoor living projects including Swimming Pools, Patios, Arbors and Planting plans in relation to complete master plan. Ability to work well in a team environment, yet able to oversee direction of the design team in a proactive take charge manner in order to meet deadlines and client expectations. Ability to work well with deadlines and in a fast-paced office which requires all hands on deck. This applicant MUST have experience working in a residential landscape firm preferably in the South Texas Region This person should be able to handle several projects in a fast-paced environment and work well as a team player, yet be able to focus on a project and move forward with what needs to be done. Degree in Landscape Architecture OR Horticulture or 5 years Experience in Landscape Design/Management position. Experience in Custom Residential Landscape Design Must be able to work in AutoCad VizTerra or Pool Studio experience is a plus We are looking for a lively spirited person who enjoys working with a growing company and is not afraid to push themselves to "think outside of the box".
