| Description: | Looking for a Landscape Foreman/Crew Leader who can be hands on with a crew to complete various new planting installations, maintenance, hardscape and low-voltage lighting projects. The candidate will work with a crew or another crew and foreman to maintain, create, renovate and install new landscape gardens. This individual will review jobs with the designer/owner in the mornings and then independently with your crew complete many aspects of various projects. You must have experience with landscape installations, hardscaping projects particularly with flagstone, lighting and hand pruning many kinds of plants as needed. The foreman will oversee and work with the crew to complete what the designer lays out for each project. The foreman will be responsible for logging hours and materials for each job and be responsible for the crews productivity when the day is over. No mowing at all. You will be offered a salary commensurate with your experience; paid holidays, and after one year a paid vacation week. Prerequisites of the position: - Must possess a Valid Pa Driver License and clean driving record at all times. - Have a minimum of 3 years experience in installations & hardscaping, and hand pruning maintenance. - Be able to lift at least 75 pounds while bending or squatting and while moving freely daily. - Must be able to communicate the project to others on your crew, and oversee the work that they do. - Have experience & knowledge with installing new plants; trees, shrubs & ground covers including perennials. - Need to be able to encourage crew members to work efficiently and productively during all kinds of weather.
