Landscape Designer Position Responsibilities: Consult and communicate directly with high-end residential clients Measure and create site plans, including grade measurements Create and design landscape master plans Estimate and budget design installations Directly sell designed landscape projects to clients Supervise installation of projects, including job layout and communicating directly with crew and client during construction. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or Design A minimum of 1-3 years experience designing and selling in the Residential marketplace. Candidates must be extremely creative, easily develop client confidence, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and can engage clients on an intellectual and artistic level. Excellent listening skills are essential. Have a natural consultative selling ability for complex projects. Ability to work and thrive in a team environment. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours. Landscape Architecture License not required. |
