The Client Care Representative is responsible for creating the overall signature service experience of each landscape maintenance customer for the GreenSeason Group. This includes client connection, quality, profitability, project coordination, identifying and selling areas for improvement and/or modifications needed to improve the quality of the landscape experience for the client. This individual must have 3-5 years of landscape management experience (3-5 crews) and/or related college degree. The compensation for this role is dependent on experience and ranges from 40-50k + Major Medical, Dental & Company Vehicle. Candidate must be a team player with a desire to constantly improve the lives of employees, co-workers and customers.
Skills include: Plant and turf Identification, insect and disease identification and control, irrigation management and problem resolution skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage 15-20 people, equipment management and organization. The candidate will also be expected to track and understand budget vs. actual labor reports while maintaining the highest quality standards.
