| Description: | Licensed Landscape Contractor, Green Dreams, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Technician to join our dynamic Irrigation team. The Irrigation Technician position is responsible for managing, monitoring and repairing the irrigation systems of our commercial clients. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the client's expectations for irrigation maintenance and service are being met or exceeded through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits. DUTIES: Seasonal irrigation system checks and time clock adjustments; Installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems; Installing irrigation systems and ensuring that they function efficiently; Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves and performing pump repairs; Installing, programming automatic controllers; Daily completion and submission of all required paperwork, including but not limited to, time sheets, Service Orders, site sheets, receipts, inventory/parts used, etc.; Reporting all equipment in need of repair; Understand and practice all safety procedures in all work circumstances. REQUIREMENTS: Must have 2 - 3 years experience working with commercial landscape irrigation system. Irrigation Technician Certification a plus; Verification of citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States as outlined under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; Possession of a valid CA driver's license and must be insurable through our company insurance policy; Must submit to and pass background check and drug screen; Must have good work history.
