| Description: | Searching for Account Manager to Mange approximately 10 HOA accounts Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Updating & Maintaining Work Schedules so that work for crews is planned ahead of time Organizing Teams as necessary to better deliver and achieve our goals Implementing and introducing systems in place to better operations and make them more affective and efficient Ensuring crews are delivering service and achieving goals Submitting necessary proposals for additional work including enhancements Addressing any customer complaints/issues Delivering weekly project reports Ensuring all members of the team are operating safely and professionally at all times Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and safely and any issues are reported timely Implementing and assist in budgetary controls Inspecting all job sites on a weekly basis at the least Responsible for all aspects of operations and service at various accounts Experience and pre-requisites Must have clean FL driver’s license Must have basic irrigation knowledge Must have basic horticultural experience Must have worked in landscape maintenance for over 5 years in the capacity of an Account Manager Must have have at least 10 years of experience in the landscaping industry Must have skill sets to regularly check emails and provide prompt responses and prepare letters/memos/proposals/reports and bids Must be able to lead by example |
