| Description: | Fine Landscaping & Maintenance Corp, located in Mansfield, MA is currently looking for a Mowing Supervisor to join our team. F/T hourly position from March-December Pay rate commensurate with experience level Responsibilities: Mow/string trim properties at high quality level Lead crew members through positive example of work quality & efficiency Learn, understand & adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies Train crew members & communicate well with crew members Communicate equipment needs & problems to Yard Foreman using appropriate paperwork Assist in snow removal & help other crews when required Qualifications: Must have a minimum 3 yrs. of crew leader experience Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record Must possess a DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one Required Skills/Attributes: Attention to detail /Teamwork skills/Ability to juggle multiple tasks Coaching/Supervisory skills Flexibility/Positive attitude & Problem solving skills Fine Landscaping & Maintenance Corp has been in business for over 20 years.
