The Crew Supervisor is completely responsible for the success of his or her projects including safety, interviewing and hiring crewmen, client contact, enhancement sales, production, and overall quality of service. Ideal candidates will have an excellent academic or work track record, have a good knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices and be well organized and detail oriented. A degree in landscape contracting, horticultural or business management is a plus. A clean driving record is also required.
