Prestige Landscaping is seeking a Account Manager to coordinate and oversee all landscape maintenance crew activities for commercial and municipal properties, as well as apartment complexes.
Overall responsibilities include:
Schedule maintenance crews and perform inspections on site to evaluate services completed.
Create and provide estimates for enhancements and supplemental work for current properties to improve the overall quality of landscape.
Monitor operating expenses and financial reports, while making efforts to constantly improve the bottom line.
Mentor and teach supervisors and crew members to maximize production and efficiency.
Promote high standards of customer service throughout your team.
Create a positive and safety-minded team environment.
Develop positive long-term relationships with clients to encourage open communication.
Responsible for quality service and customer satisfaction.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manage 3-5 Foremen who oversee a total of 3-6 maintenance employees.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
Responsible for directing day to day work assignments, addressing complaints, and resolving issues as well as rewarding and/or disciplining employees.
Qualifications
Previous experience in managing multiple landscape maintenance crews and service contracts
Experience in recommending, pricing, and selling enhancement work to established contract in order to improve the overall quality of landscaping.
Basic understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgets
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Valid state drivers license and good driving record
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current Driver's License.
Pesticide Applicator License or attainment within 3 months/90 days of employment.
