| Description: | Landscapes USA is seeking a Landscape Architect with experience designing for and selling to High End Residential Clients, Builders and Developers. This position will have account management, enhancement and Design Build sales responsibilities. Landscapes USA has an extensive commercial client base with excellent opportunities to expand our Design Build operations. We are looking for the right individual who is ready to take a challenge, work hard and be a leader taking our design build division to another level. This is not a 40 hour a week design job. This position will require you to produce designs, sell those designs and manage the client relationship through the construction process. The position also entails, at least in the beginning, management of some commercial clients. This is a great opportunity for the right aggressive architect to grow into a lead position in the Design Build department of Landscapes USA. Position Requirements: Must have extensive experience designing landscapes and outdoor living for high end residential. $100k to $500k projects Must have excellent design skills with free hand drawing Previous sales experience a plus Must have decent experience working with subcontractors during the construction phase Must have excellent interpersonal skills with experience selling to and managing relationship with high end residential Must have exceptional knowledge of native, non-native perennials, shrubs, trees, annuals and specimen plant material Must have a clean driving record and a valid Oklahoma drivers license Organized, detail oriented, and willing to be part of a team environment Landscape Architecture Degree a must On time and always efficient Have computer and technology competence Below are our core values.
