| Description: | Up and coming Floral and Even design firm located in the Historical Houston Heights is looking for a creative, organized, self motivator that can develop and nurture new leads and current clients. We are currently geared towards daily and social event work, and are growing in those areas by leaps and bounds. This individual will work directly with management; you are your only limitation. Must possess up to date knowledge of the floral and event world, and the key skills are necessary to create an overall design for beautiful weddings and unique social events. This team has transitioned from a large event design firm, here in Houston. Can be zany at times, while always keeping the bigger picture in mind. Development of new business will be a key part of this position. This position will include varying work hours to accommodate larger events and last minute floral orders. Hard work, thinking outside of the box, and dedication are always rewarded. Ability to manage additional staff is not required but will help become a necessity for future growth. Must be good with customer and vendor interaction. A positive attitude in our small environment will go a long way in your success.
