The Plant Concierge, a residential landscape company, is interested in hiring a maintenance Supervisor that is interested in working for an innovative company; who is highly motivated, energetic, fun, and team oriented. This person must possess good leadership, communication, and organizational skills to work with and effectively manage an assigned crew in daily tasks. Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience as supervisor and English as primary language. Job is full time and year round. Job Responsibilities: •Work with and supervise the crew providing services •Management of daily truck operations •Ensure work sheets are being followed and data recorded and turned in daily •Assign tasks to crew members and follow up to insure work is complete and to company standards •Ensure that all crew members are punctual, follow company rules and procedures while in the field •Maintain and promote a safe work environment in the field at all times •Maintain clean and neat professional appearance, as well as the appearance of the company vehicle and trailer •Ensure crew members have a clean and neat appearance •Able to maintain all jobs to customer satisfaction •Train crew members to do job effectively and efficiently •Prepare and secure all materials, tools, and equipment for the next day •Ensure all assigned equipment , tools, safety items, vehicles and trailers or other items are maintained in proper working order Job requirements: •Team player •Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as crew leader •Strong communication skills required for customer interaction •Knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of equipment •Have basic knowledge of plant material used in area •Have basic knowledge of fertilization, disease, and insect control for plant/turf •Possess strong leadership skills to motivate as well as hold team members accountable/recognize team members accomplishments •Possess strong safety skills to insure safe work environment •Must have valid USA driver’s license with a good driving record starting pay $14.00/hr If you meet the qualifications, please contact our office 972-243-1455, fax: 972-243-1447 or email résumé’ at tpc@theplantconcierge.com |
