| Description: | Design and Marketing Manager Cavicchio Greenhouses Inc., is a 100 year old family owned and operated farm, located 20 miles West of Boston, in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Situated on over 200 acres of land, and employing approximately 350 people annually, we supply New Englands green industry with the highest quality plants, nursery stock, and landscape materials. We are currently seeking a creative Design and Marketing Manager. This person will work directly with the department managers to help create marketing/development programs for our company, as well as lead and manage a wide array of graphic design projects. The ideal candidate will have: 5 years experience in Marketing and Design Marketing/Business development Degree or equivalent in experience Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, Quark Express, Powerpoint Excellent graphic design skills Excellent writing skills Experience in various social media outlets Photography skills, preferably with a focus on product and catalogue shots, are a plus Green Industry Experience is a plus Job Responsibilities and Duties include: Work closely with many different departments to collect info, design, photograph, and send a weekly marketing email to a wide range of clients Create and edit verbal and visual content in both print and digital media Work closely with all departments to create + accomplish advertisements, powerpoints, visual presentations, and other creative marketing projects Ensure ongoing maintenance and enhancements of our website Research best vendors and employ excellent negotiation skills when dealing with vendors Create trade show materials Maintain and update photo library Measure/research benefits of different marketing projects, and make choices based on results Explore new marketing potential for Cavicchio Greenhouses, Inc.
