As the Hardscape Project Manager, general duties would include review of RFP’s, obtaining bid documents, estimating, and preparing bid proposals for commercial hardscape construction projects in the private and public sector. Supervising the construction of projects. Bid scopes will include but are not limited to earthwork, grading, drainage, site furnishings, play equipment, cast-in-place concrete, stone masonry, unit pavers, fountains etc… General Contractor’s license preferred.
