| Description: | NatureWorks Landscape Services is currently seeking a tree climber A few things we’re looking for as we build our team: • The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible and versatile. • This individual will be passionate about the proper care and overall health of trees and shrubs in the landscape. • And they will have strong customer service skills with a proven track record of going above beyond to meet clients’ expectations. • The tree climber needs to have a strong knowledge of horticulture and arboriculture practices; plant identification; and identification of common insects and diseases. • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is a must. • A Massachusetts pesticide license or ability to obtain a MA pesticide license is required. • Should have own climbing equipment • A minimum of 2+ years of experience climbing is preferred. • A Massachusetts pesticide license is a plus • A degree in a related field and/or arborist certifications is beneficial. Fine Print This is a full time year round position. Competitive hourly pay rate Eligible after 90 days for a signing bonus of $1,000.00 Participation in snow services is required.
