We are searching for someone with strong leadership qualities and a strong sense of safety for themselves, their crew and those around them. Job Requirements *Supervise the crew providing services to our commercial customers. *Candidate must be motivated and possess strong leadership skills. *Must have experience as a Crew Leader. *Possess Professionalism- assuring customer service, respect and satisfaction. *Must have valid NC Drivers License and a good driving record *Train crew members to do job effectively & efficiently. *Maintain clean, neat & professional image of service vehicle & trailer. *Able to maintain all jobs to bid specifications. *Maintain client satisfaction to ensure jobs are renewed. *Responsible for utilizing forms & procedures. *Be able to walk properties in various weather conditions and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. *Must be knowledgeable of turf, plants and flowers of NC *Be knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of equipment. |
