| Description: | Job Title: Field Supervisor – Landscape Group Reports to: Director of Landscape Services Primary Responsibilities: Manage crews to achieve assigned labor budgets. Overtime help develop the budget system. o Training to: Improve crew efficiency. Produce consistent quality o Minimize shop and travel time Maps to sites Audit crews to insure they follow policy regarding lunch, OT, stops etc. o Develop daily/weekly schedule for crews. Working with Office staff to insure materials are on site or in hand for each crew each day. o Quality control material prior to leaving shop. o All material receipts coded and submitted daily. Quality Control o Inspect all jobs by end of Week Plant count Install quality Tree skating Watered in & check clock & irrigation Dead branches removal/tags removed Assets Management o All equipment and trucks kept clean and in top running condition. If repairs needed clear with Director. Other o All personal injuries or accidents report by phone immediately to Director. o 5-day week. **Must have a clean MVR. |
