Our continued growth within our existing markets and expansion into new market regions presents this OUTSTANDING OPPORTUNITY for Grounds Management Supervisors in Rockville, VA, Richmond, VA - South, and Richmond, VA - East. Applicants must have experience in all facets of grounds management services including: • Mowing, edging & blowing • Bed maintenance • Pruning • Mulching • Herbicide and pesticide application Supervisors are responsible for working with and managing a a crew of 3-6 team members performing commercial grounds management. The crew supervisors key role is training, mentoring and supporting team members in the delivery of exceptional customer service. These are full-time, seasonal positions with flex-winter hours. Valid driver’s license required (with qualifying record) All supervisory positions applicants must be able to obtain spray applicator license with 90 days of hire date and CLT status within one year from date of hire.
