Our continued growth within our existing markets creates an exciting position of a 'Key Accounts Manager' The primary responsibility of the position is to manage a portfolio of accounts/properties in accordance with the contract specifications and to our clients' expectations.Quality control, proactive communication will be the account manager’s primary goal and objective in addition to monitoring the performance of account manager, crew members and supervisors. You will support the branch manager and regional manager to assure that these requirements are being met at all times. You will also support the key accounts client portfolio with enhancement sales goals and the delivery of exceptional 'curb appeal' objectives. Key Position Requirements: • Leadership ability with an aptitude to train crew members at all levels • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and strive for excellence • Excellent customer service skills • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook At Stockner’s Grounds Management you’ll enjoy a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as the opportunity for a progressive career path with a green industry market leader.
