Manage landscape upgrades/installation projects from start to finish. Manager must be effective communicators, organized, able to manage landscape installation crews.
Reports to: General Manager of Operations
Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the installation of projects, including but not limited to planting, irrigation, drainage, hardscape enhancements of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. Project Managers are accountable for establishing, maintaining and exceeding customer expectations, efficiently managing multiple construction crews and maintaining the quality standards of Superior Landscapes.

Primary Responsibilities: • Partner with Maintenance Account Managers and their clients to design and price site improvements within Superior Landscapes work scope. Present work scope changes to the maintenance contract that results from the landscape upgrade and ensure a smooth transition to the maintenance team upon completion of the extra work project. • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise enhancement projects, ensuring production, quality and budget controls. • Process job costing data, and correlate with standard estimating procedures. • Develop a quality production team through leadership and hands-on training of crew. Demonstrate strong work ethic through leading by example. • Foster cooperation with staff and Maintenance Account Managers to ensure responsive concern for client needs and expectations. • Work cooperatively among departments to ensure client's needs are met and work schedules are full.
