| Description: | Preferred Qualifications: Valid TX Irrigation and Drivers License. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge of irrigation systems and of repair and maintenance techniques. • Ability to troubleshoot/solve problems, follow instructions and work independently • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment directly related to irrigation installation or repair work (i.e. trucks, trailer, trenching machine, pressure washer, etc.) • Ability to use irrigation related hand tools; such as pipe cutters, rakes, shovels, broom, pick, axe, digging bar, wheel barrow, etc. • Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with other employees, customers and the public. • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Physical Demands/ Working Conditions: The physical demands include frequent lifting and moving up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. The working conditions include exposure to various plants, landscaping materials, dust, noise, and natural elements |
