A few things we’re looking for as we build our team: •You’ll need strong character and the ability to rally your crew on a challenging day •A valid driver’s license with clean record is needed to operate our trucks •You need to have 1-2 years of experience, ensuring you can mow a great lawn with our commercial equipment •Enthusiasm about learning new skills, teaching them to your crew and relating them to your properties •We value a flexible and versatile worker, our customers might ask for help with some random tasks •We want you to be able to talk with our clients like they are a long-time neighbor •We’ll need you to keep an accurate record of your day for proper billing •Safety is very important to us, we don’t want you or anyone else hurt while you do your work, you will be expected to work safely and keep your crews following safety procedures FINE PRINT Full time hourly position from March to December Pay rate of $15.00-$18.00 per hour Eligible after 90 days for a signing bonus of $1,000.00 for new employees 60% company paid healthcare Possible winter work if it snows Structured training to help you grow ($, responsibility, position) Possess a DOT Medical card or be able to obtain one Hiring predicated on pre-employment drug test www.natureworkslandscape.com |
