Our irrigation technician is responsible for the care, seasonal programming, and maintenance of our residential irrigation systems. Our services include system openings and winterizations, mid-season audits, identifying improvement potential, bidding, and performing system improvements. The technician will perform these services in an efficient, professional manner and work with the budget. A few things we’re looking for as we build our team: •You’ll need strong character and the ability to rally your crew on a challenging day •A valid driver’s license with clean record is needed to operate our trucks •Enthusiasm about learning new skills, teaching them to your crew and relating them to your properties •We value a flexible and versatile worker, our customers might ask for help with some random tasks •We want you to be able to talk with our clients like they are a long-time neighbor •We’ll need you to keep an accurate record of your day for proper billing •You'll need to have previous irrigation experience (at least 3 years), have strong programming skills, be able to identify, estimate, and sell irrigation work FINE PRINT Full time hourly position from March to December Competitive pay rate Eligible after 90 days for a signing bonus of $2,000 for new employees 60% company paid healthcare Possible winter if you choose to work snow Structured training to help you grow ($, responsibility, position) Possess a DOT Medical card or be able to obtain one Hiring predicated on pre-employment drug test |
