| Description: | We are seeking a healthy, highly motivated, energetic person for the daily operations of a lawn & landscape plant care Management division. You must display managerial skills in planning, human resources, inventory and accounting controls. You must have the ability to evaluate properties, operate a system of pricing/estimating, the ability to present and sell/close (not order take) You will need the ability to generate enhancement sales. You must have management skills that will allow you to develop a management program for the activities sold (schedule/gantt chart chart) You must be able to manage and adjust according to the structure of the gantt chart. You also must be able to have the skills to have accounting do job/project costing. Having a State Ct Supervisory license is important but not necessary. You will need skills in marketing, merchandising, and salesmanship. Customer service is a core value of our company and this job. You really have to know what this term means!
