| Description: | The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring job site quality and ensuring that the site appearance meets and/or exceeds the client’s expectations and company standards. Schedules and directs field personal and resources, providing directions and goals to be accomplished, emphasizing quality and efficiency of operations. Provides hands on training and support of field employees in areas such as safety, asset management, proper pruning techniques, operation of equipment and the application of fertilizers and control products. Performs hands on work with crews as needed to meet work and scheduling demands. Manages and maintains all administrative and record keeping systems. Qualifications: Two or Four year degree in Landscape, Turf, Horticulture, or related discipline is a plus, but not required. Leadership and past experience in the commercial landscape industry will be given priority. Valid driver’s license required. Bi-lingual and SC Pesticide Applicators license a plus. |
