Are you a sales hunter looking for a better opportunity? Do you have outside sales experience in a service based industry?

In this role, you have an outstanding opportunity to drive, manage, and grow U.S. Lawns business by working with some of the most efficient and quality obsessed crews in the nation. We are currently searching for a hunter sales representative who will aggressively grow our business in a defined territory. As a Market Manager you will play an instrumental role in the connection between our prospective clients: listening, consulting and building trust-based relationships in order to ensure that our clients are satisfied. When business is won, it is passed to an account manager for service.

Being a Market Manager for U.S. Lawns is not easy but it might be right for you:

• You must be driven, disciplined, and focused
• We expect you to plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks, know your portfolio inside and out, and be able to close business
• You must be coachable, trainable, and have a good sense of humor
• Work well with the operations team member, leveraging their expertise with yours

Position Requirements

Requirements:

• Prefer Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing, Ag Business, Environmental Design, or Landscape Architecture
• Minimum of 3 years business-to-business commercial contract sales experience in the service industry with a proven track record of revenue attainment
• Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized and able to manage time
• Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task
• Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Local knowledge and contacts preferred
