| Description: | Almstead Tree & Shrub Care Co. is actively seeking a seasoned arborist to provide quality and timely plant health care and general tree care for our valued clients. A position for a certified tree expert has recently opened up in the highly developed and productive territory within Bergen & Passaic Counties, New Jersey. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: - Two/Four year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Floriculture, Environment Sciences, Biological Sciences or Business/Marketing - Minimum three-five years of experience selling in the green industry - ISA certification - Certified NJ Tree Expert - Proven track record highly preferred Responsibilities: - Set up personal sales expectations with Branch Managers - Negotiate contract and bid proposals for residential and commercial customers - Develop and implement tree care & plant health care programs - Continually prospect for new business - Maintain safe and controlled work place and environment - Enforce company safety and training policies Excellent compensation / Benefits Package, Including: - Company 401K savings plan with employer contribution - Medical and dental plans w/employer contribution - Company vehicle plan - Paid vacation, personal and holidays - Strong mentoring and training program / Continuing education reimbursement |
