| Description: | Production Manager The primary responsibility for this position: Work with the landscape installation department to ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, salesman and client’s expectations. Quality control will be the supervisor's primary goal and objective in addition to monitoring the performance of the field crews. Applicants must have the following: Minimum of 5 years landscape experience. Irrigation, pool, and concrete experience a plus. Computer,written,& verbal communication skills. Horticulture knowledge,leadership potential, & the aptitude to train crew members is required. Ability to work effectively with a team environment,multiple crews, and projects. Bilingual. Valid Drivers License is Required This opportunity requires candidates who are self motivated and have a proven track record within the green industry. 1.Schedule jobs and organize crews for highest performance 2.Ensure the proper techniques and details are followed 3.Responsible for crews needed supplies and tools to complete the project. 4.Ensuring irrigation adjustments and clock setting to assure new plantings are being watered. 5.Follow up on each job to monitor establishment and warranty. 6.Job punch out. 7.Maintain equipment and supplies 8.Perform day to day hiring and laying off of crews / crew foremen, and laborers 9.Maintain warehouse, storage yard, and greenhouse 10.Monitor departments performance |
